What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's license, be at least 21 years old, and a photo of your license plus a selfie when you book.
How does lockbox pickup work?
After your booking is paid and your ID is approved, we text and email you the car location and the lockbox code. Grab the key, and you're on your way — no waiting at a counter.
What if my car uses meetup pickup?
We'll meet you at the agreed spot at your pickup time and hand you the keys in person.
Do you offer weekly rates?
Yes. Every car shows its weekly price. Book 7 days or more and the weekly rate is applied automatically, and each extra day is billed at that same discounted daily rate.
How do I pay?
Credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, or Zelle. Card and PayPal confirm instantly; Zelle bookings are confirmed as soon as we see the payment.
Do I need a credit card or a deposit?
No. Pay with a debit card, PayPal or Zelle. There is no security deposit hold on your account.
I'm under 25. Is there an extra fee?
No. Drivers 21 and older pay the same price. There is no young-driver fee.
Can I use the car for Uber, Lyft or DoorDash?
Yes, rideshare and delivery driving are allowed. Each app has its own vehicle and insurance requirements, so check them for the car you choose.
What about gas and mileage?
Return the car with the same fuel level you received it. Contact us for mileage details on long trips.
